  • SENSATIONS: Deep ruby red in colour. Bouquet of violets with hints of blackberry, blueberry and raspberry. At the palate, yet soft with a persistent finish.
  • VINIFICATION: After being destemmed and pressed, the grapes are left to macerate on the skins in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature to extract the colour and aromas. This is followed by a period of refinment, lasting several months, in oak barrel.
  • ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12,5%
